Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Head Golf Professional to support daily golf shop and facility operations. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for golf, strong leadership abilities, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. The Head Golf Professional will play a key role in overseeing staff, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, and maintaining a high standard of service for members and guests. Key Responsibilities: - Execute and assist with golf camps and instructional programs - Support management of daily golf shop operations and staff - Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting guests - Oversee tee time scheduling, reservations, and customer flow - Process transactions and maintain accurate sales reporting - Assist with inventory management, merchandising, and restocking - Maintain a clean, organized, and professional golf shop environment - Train and supervise staff to ensure consistent service standards - Help coordinate promotions, events, and member communications - Ensure golf carts are staged, cleaned, and ready for daily use - Address customer concerns in a professional and timely manner - Collaborate with management and team members to ensure smooth operations Qualifications: - Golf clinic/instruction experience (required) - Previous golf shop experience (required) - Strong knowledge of golf operations and equipment (required) - Experience with point-of-sale systems and basic reporting - Highly organized with strong attention to detail - Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment - Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays Benefits: - Competitive pay - Employee discounts on merchandise and golf - Opportunities for growth within the company - Fun, team-oriented work environment If you’re passionate about golf and ready to step into a leadership role, we’d love to hear from you!
