Our staff's commitment to excellence is what sets us apart, and member and guest satisfaction is our top priority.This role is responsible for delivering exceptional food and beverage service across the golf course, dining areas, and special events while maintaining a professional and friendly atmosphere that enhances the overall member and guest experience.Key Responsibilities Beverage Cart Attendant DutiesSafely operate and drive the beverage cart throughout the golf courseServe food, beverages, and snacks to members and guests on the courseMaintain proper stock levels in the beverage cart and snack shackClean and sanitize the beverage cart; secure all items at the end of each shiftAccurately record and process daily salesAssist with monthly inventory when requestedFollow all golf course etiquette and safety standardsAdhere to all standard operating proceduresServer & Banquet Server DutiesGreet members and guests in a friendly and professional mannerPresent menus and communicate daily specials and event offeringsAnswer questions and provide recommendations on food and beveragesTake and accurately input orders using the POS systemServe food and beverages promptly and efficientlyMaintain cleanliness and organization of dining and event spacesPresent bills and process cash and credit card transactionsAssist with banquet setup, service, and breakdown as neededInform members and guests of upcoming club eventsQualifications & RequirementsMust be 18 years of age or olderValid driver's license requiredAbility to lift and move up to 20 lbsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsPositive attitude and team-oriented mindsetAbility to provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environmentPrevious customer service or hospitality experience preferred, but not requiredWork EnvironmentCombination of indoor (restaurant/banquet spaces) and outdoor (golf course) workRequires walking, standing, and driving for extended periodsWeekend, holiday, and flexible scheduling availability is requiredCompensation: 11.41 + Service ChargeJob Types: Part-time, SeasonalBenefits:401(k)Work Location: In person
