Groundskeeper

World of Golf, located in Florence, KY, is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a part-time Groundskeeper We are seeking a motivated individual who is interested in contributing to a positive experience for our members and guests while continuing to grow their knowledge of golf club operations. As an associate of Troon, you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.

Role Type: Seasonal (Position will last 6 months or less)

Essential Duties

Assist with general maintenance tasks such as painting, cleaning, and minor repairsHelp maintain the landscaping by mowing, trimming, and watering plantsPerform routine inspections of the facility to identify any maintenance needsAssist with setting up and breaking down equipment for events and activitiesFollow all safety protocols and guidelines while performing maintenance tasksCommunicate effectively with other team members and supervisorsCourt Maintenance including Blowing Off Debris from Tennis CourtsPicking up Trash around the GroundsIdentify and report to supervisor when supplies are neededPerforms other duties as required, basic knowledge of power tool use.

Regular and Reliable AttendanceRequirements

Previous experience in maintenance or landscaping is preferred

Ability to lift heavy objects and work in outdoor conditions

Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions

Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude

Must be reliable and able to work independently or as part of a team
