About the role
Assistant Golf Course Superintendent Country Club in Town and Country, Missouri is looking for an Assistant Golf Course Superintendent.
Position Overview: The Assistant Superintendent(s) is responsible for leading and participating in all daily maintenance operations. This includes management of staff, scheduling of tasks, leading pesticide & fertility applications, moisture management of the golf course, and responsible for delivering pertinent interdepartmental communications. This individual will also assist in staff recruitment efforts and coaching and counseling of team members.
Requirements Must have previous golf course experience (2+ years Required) Must have 2 or 4 year degree/certificate in an Agronomy related field Must have Missouri Non-Commercial Pesticide License or be able to obtain within 30 days.
Compensation $65,000 to $85,000 per year.
