About Us

Richland Country Club is a private club in Nashville. Our members expect warm, polished service in our dining rooms, at events, and across the property. We’re looking for a reliable, energetic Food Runner to join our Food & Beverage team and help us deliver that experience every day.

What You’ll Do

Deliver food from the kitchen to members and guests quickly and accurately, following plating and presentation standards Work closely with servers, bartenders, and the culinary team to keep service smooth and on time Know the menu well, including ingredients and allergens, so you can answer member questions Pre-bus and reset tables, and keep dining areas, side stations, and the pass clean and stocked Support banquets, weddings, tournaments, and other club events as needed Greet members by name where you can and always offer friendly, professional service Follow all food safety, sanitation, and club policies

What We’re Looking For

Restaurant, hotel, or club experience is a plus but not required. We’ll train the right person. Strong work ethic and a team-first attitude Ability to stay calm and organized during busy service Neat, professional appearance and clear communication Able to stand and walk for long shifts and lift up to 30 lbs Available for a full-time schedule that includes evenings, weekends, and holidays
