Pool Manager I. Job Summary Ensure the daily operations for the pool area, which includes a pool bar and snack bar, are being properly maintained by snack bar attendants and bartenders. II. Job Tasks • Formulates weekly work schedules for snack bar employees. • Prepare and maintain correct payroll records of all pool employees. • Maintains a courteous, polite and helpful relationship with all members and guests • Resolves member and guest complaints • Ensures that necessary orientation and training for snack bar employees is conducted. • Enforces club rules of safety and conduct • Plans and directs special holiday events that take place at the pool facility. • Plans all programs according to monthly and yearly calendar • Represents the club in activities as requested by the General Manager. • Maintains and keeps all necessary records concerning, accident reports, and problem-member reports • Assists in pool opening and closing at the beginning and end of the season This is a seasonal position.
