Club F&B Director: Lead Service Excellence & Wine Program

Ballantyne Country Club Inc. seeks a Food & Beverage Director to lead front-of-house operations across clubhouse dining, member events, and outdoor experiences. You will partner with the Executive Chef to deliver elevated member dining, coach staff, and maintain a strong on-floor presence during service. The ideal candidate will have private club or luxury hospitality leadership experience, strong beverage knowledge, and a focus on staff development, budgeting, and guest service excellence.
