About the Role
NXXT Golf is a Florida-based competitive golf platform running three tours: a junior tour partnered with the Faldo Series, a women's professional tour, and a team league. We run 20+ events a year and work with national sponsors. Our content is premium, clean and fast.
We are hiring an ongoing video editor to cut content from footage we upload to our shared drive during and after each event. Events run Saturday to Sunday for two-day events and Saturday to Monday for three-day events. Footage is organized by round with a start sheet, and we need fast, often same-day turnaround.
Per event you will produce:
One 30 to 60 second vertical recap reel with music, captions and our branded end-card (the short logo frame that closes each clip)
One short tee-shot clip per player (60 to 80 per round), with the player's name, event title and end-card, cut from a fixed first-tee camera against the start sheet we provide
Interview cuts (30 to 90 seconds each) with name and title overlays
Same-day edits of on-course photos and video: short clips, highlights and social-ready assets we send during the event
On request: 2 to 4 minute player profile videos for our website.
Requirements:
Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve (CapCut acceptable for reels)
A reel showing sports or event work
Fast, accurate batch editing with same-day turnaround
Captioning and basic color, including applying a supplied LUT to log footage
Reliable computer and internet for large files
Golf knowledge is a plus, not required
Terms: hourly and ongoing, long-term, roughly 2 to 4 events a month in season, with heavier volume on event days. You run the Upwork time tracker for all hours. We start with a weekly hours cap and increase it as we work together. A short paid test comes first. All work is the property of NXXT Golf Inc. and is uploaded to our drive.
To apply: start your proposal with the word "Stoneybrook," then include your hourly rate, three links to your work, the software you use, and your typical turnaround for a recap plus a batch of tee-shot clips.
