We are looking for a Dishwasher to join the Fiddler’s Family and share their passion for hospitality with our members, guests, and fellow staff members. Fiddler’s Elbow hosts a wide range of events from comedy shows and concerts to Fourth of July celebrations and New Year’s Eve festivities, our annual FiddleFest Music and Food Festival, Member White-Out Party, golf outings and sporting events. We also host smaller clubs within the Club, such as our beloved Book Club and Cigar Club. Our members host many private events like weddings, social events, and celebrations of life milestones.

The Dishwasher plays an essential role in the overall functionality of the kitchen. They will be responsible for ensuring proper standards of cleanliness are met for glassware, flatware, pots, pans and dishes. Assistance with food preparation might also be included in responsibilities.

Essential Functions:

Ensure the kitchen is clean, maintained and organized at all timesMaintain cleanliness of dish station and dish machine Drain, dry and stack items after washing Empty trash receptacles and transport trash to the disposal area Clean various pieces of equipment Stoves, ovens, grills, refrigerators, slicers, etc. using appropriate cleaning solutions, brushes, wipes Wash and clean walls, windows, doorsSweep & mop kitchen floors; clean mats Organize storage of mops, brooms, vacuum cleaners and other equipment Receive and store suppliesAssist in plate up of banquet and other dishes Assist in preparation of food when asked by supervisor Assist in maintaining overall cleanliness of outside kitchen area Report maintenance problems in an accurate and timely fashionAdhere to all sanitation guidelines Perform other duties as assigned by manager/supervisor

Required Education/Experience:
