Inspire the Next Generation Through Sports
TGA Premier Sports of Fairfax County is hiring enthusiastic, dependable coaches for our after-school golf, tennis, pickleball and soccer programs.
If you enjoy working with children and have experience in sports, coaching, education or recreation, we’d love to hear from you. Coaches may teach one or multiple sports based on their experience and interests.
About TGA
TGA provides fun, inclusive sports programs for children in kindergarten through sixth grade. Through after-school classes and camps, we help young athletes build confidence, develop life skills and discover a lasting love of physical activity.
We serve schools and communities throughout Fairfax County, Arlington and Alexandria.
What You’ll Do
Lead or assist with one to five after-school classes per week based on your availability
Coach golf, tennis, pickleball or soccer using TGA’s established curriculum
Create a safe, welcoming and engaging experience for every participant
Communicate professionally with students, families, school staff and the TGA team
Encourage teamwork, sportsmanship, confidence and personal growth
Serve as a positive role model on and off the field or court
Compensation
After-school classes
Lead Coach: $50–$65 per class, based on experience and qualifications
Assistant Coach: $35 per class
School-break and summer camps
Lead Coach: $20 per hour
Assistant Coach: $17.50 per hour
Payments are made by direct deposit on the 5th and 20th of each month.

Qualifications
Experience working with children through coaching, teaching, mentoring, camps, childcare or a related role
Background or interest in sports, education or recreation
A positive attitude, dependable communication and effective group-management skills
Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to local program locations
Ability to pass a background check
CPR and First Aid certification preferred but not required
Availability
After-school programs: Monday–Friday, approximately 3:00–6:00 p.m.
Camps: Monday–Friday, approximately 9:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m. during school breaks and summer
