Description
Oversees and maintains all facets of the golf operation at Eagle Landing. Provides professional support, direction, management, training and leadership to all golf associates. Promotes and nurtures member and guest relations to enhance the quality of the golf experience. Responsible for the day-to-day golf operations.

Duties
Creates a customer service oriented atmosphere that promotes the game of golf and meets the needs of the members and guests at Eagle Landing. Ensures that associates provide a high level of customer service both inside and outside. Oversees daily activities for golf operations including, but not limited to check in procedures, tee sheet management, tournaments organization and execution, rules, practice facility operations, player service operations, golf cart fleet, and player improvement and instruction programs and camps.
OPERATIONS Management of EZLInks Tee Times software with awareness to maximizing utilization and ADR.
Utilizes
Jonas club software as needed. Works with General Manager to create a competitive daily rate matrix and recommends seasonal and annual cost adjustments Works closely with the Superintendent and the Food and Beverage Manager on a daily basis to ensure timely communication and to establish a good working relationship. Monitors business volume forecast and plans accordingly in areas of manpower, productivity, costs and other expenses.
Maintains a safe work environment and upholds Troon standards for all areas within the golf operations. Maintains and manages a quality golf cart fleet and follows PM program and comm
