Overview
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Handy Man to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a diverse skill set and a passion for home improvement and maintenance. This role involves performing various repair and maintenance tasks, ensuring that the Club is are well-maintained and safe for our Members and Guest. The Handy Man will work independently or as part of a team to complete projects efficiently and effectively.
Duties
Conduct routine maintenance tasks such as painting, plumbing, electrical work, and carpentry.
Perform repairs on appliances, fixtures, and other household items.
Install and repair doors, windows, and cabinetry.
Assist with landscaping and outdoor maintenance.
Respond promptly to service requests from Members or management.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards during all tasks.
Experience
Strong knowledge of various repair techniques and tools.
Ability to troubleshoot issues effectively and efficiently.
Excellent communication skills to interact with members and team members.
Requirements:
Must be 18 years of age or older
Prior experience preferred
Must have reliable form of transportation
Manages time well and is self-sufficient
Strong work ethic and pays attention to detail
Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends when needed

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 to 30 per week

Monday to Friday, with possible weekends when needed
