Role Description The Golf Gallery & XONEGOLF Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in San Juan Capistrano, CA. This role oversees daily operations of the Golf Gallery and XONEGOLF space, including opening and closing procedures, merchandising, inventory management, and coordination of fittings or product demonstrations. The manager engages directly with customers to provide knowledgeable guidance on golf equipment, accessories, and services, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and a premium retail experience. Responsibilities include supervising and scheduling staff, training team members on service standards and product knowledge, and maintaining a clean, organized, and visually appealing environment. The manager also collaborates with leadership on local marketing initiatives, events, and partnerships to grow community engagement and drive revenue.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with guests, staff, and partners.Candidates should possess practical Golf knowledge, including familiarity with Golf Equipment and player needs across different skill levels.Candidates should possess basic understanding of Irrigation or golf course environment considerations to support informed conversations with customers and vendors when applicable.Relevant retail or hospitality management experience, including staff supervision, scheduling, and inventory control.Ability to work on-site full-time in San Juan Capistrano, CA, including weekends or evenings as needed.Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and comfort using point-of-sale and inventory systems.Experience in golf retail, pro shop operations, or a similar golf-related setting is highly beneficial.High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in business, sports management, or a related field is a plus.
