<p>Wyndemere Country Club is seeking an experienced and service-driven <strong>Outside Golf Operations Shift Leader</strong> to join our Golf Operations team. This leadership position is responsible for overseeing the daily execution of all outside golf services while delivering the exceptional standards expected at a premier private club.</p>
<p>The Shift Leader works alongside the professional golf staff to ensure a first-class member and guest experience from arrival through departure. This individual will lead, train, and motivate the outside operations team while maintaining the highest standards in service, presentation, efficiency, and attention to detail.</p>
<p>This is a hands-on leadership role requiring professionalism, accountability, and the ability to lead by example.</p>
