Golf Club Fitter / Sales Specialist White Rose Golf – Wickenburg Wickenburg, AZ Job Overview White Rose Golf – Wickenburg is seeking an energetic, knowledgeable, and customer-focused Golf Club Fitter to join our growing indoor golf and player development facility. This position is ideal for someone passionate about golf equipment, technology, and helping golfers improve their performance through professional club fitting and coaching. Our facility features premium simulator technology, club fitting services, instruction, leagues, and memberships in a modern indoor golf environment. Responsibilities Conduct professional golf club fittings for drivers, irons, wedges, and putters Analyze ball flight and performance data using launch monitor technology Recommend golf equipment based on player needs, skill level, and goals Build relationships with customers and provide exceptional service Assist with club sales, equipment orders, and follow-up communication Support golf instruction programs, leagues, and player development events Maintain organized fitting and retail areas Stay current on golf equipment trends and product knowledge Qualifications Strong knowledge of golf equipment and club fitting principles Passion for golf and helping players improve Previous golf retail, fitting, instruction, or competitive golf experience preferred Experience with launch monitor technology such as TrackMan, Foresight, Uneekor, etc. is a plus Excellent communication and customer service skills Self-motivated with the ability to work independently PGA Associate or PGA Professional status is a plus, but not required Compensation Hourly pay plus commission opportunities Bonus opportunities based on club and membership sales Flexible scheduling available Opportunity for growth within White Rose Golf Benefits Access to simulator and practice facilities Employee discounts on equipment and apparel Opportunity to work in a fun, golf-focused environment Growth opportunities as the business expands About White Rose Golf White Rose Golf is an indoor golf and player development company focused on helping golfers improve and enjoy the game year-round through technology, coaching, club fitting, and community.
