Functions as a go-to expert in designated process categories, ensuring smooth execution and high productivity levels.Shows efficiency and effectiveness in carrying out processes while prioritizing the athlete's welfare; ensures that merchandise is ready for athletes to buy and engages athletes in ways that suit their preferences.Ensures adherence to company standards for merchandising and presentation by following established floor set plans, signage requirements, price changes, and inventory presentation guidelines.Encourages and stimulates customer involvement in various company services, such as participating in loyalty programs, buying warranties, and enrolling in private label credit card offerings.Cultivates a welcoming retail atmosphere that prioritizes respect and inclusivity for both team members and sports fans.
