Maintenance Oversight: Manage the daily operations of the golf course, including the maintenance of greens, fairways, tee boxes, and other areas to ensure optimal conditions for play. Staff Management: Supervise and train new ground crew members, ensuring they understand their roles and responsibilities. Irrigation and Turf Management: Manage irrigation systems and oversee turf maintenance practices, including mowing, fertilization, and pest control. Safety Compliance: Enforce safety standards and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations regarding pesticide application and equipment. Budget: Prepare and manage the maintenance budget of approximately $500,000, keeping track of supplies and equipment.
