PGA 1st Assistant Golf Professional

Mount Vernon Country Club is a premier private club located in Alexandria, Virginia, on land that was once part of George Washington's historic Mount Vernon farms called Union Farm. As the only country club in the United States selected as an Official Supporting Partner of America 250, MVCC offers a unique blend of championship golf, American history, and exceptional member experiences.

The First Assistant Golf Professional serves as a key leader within the Golf Operations team, working closely with the Head Golf Professional to deliver outstanding service to members and guests while assisting with all aspects of the golf operation.

MVCC is proud to host USGA Qualifiers, VSGA Championships, and MAPGA events. This position provides valuable experience in tournament operations, staff leadership, merchandising, member programming, and private club management.

The ideal candidate is a motivated, service-driven PGA Professional who is passionate about hospitality, leadership, and creating exceptional golf experiences.
