IMPORTANT: This is an in-person, on-site position.

This position is NOT remote or hybrid. You will be required to work from the office Monday–Friday during your scheduled hours.

$16.80–$24/Hour + Commission | Employee-Owned | No Weekends

Actual earnings depend on performance. Commission, bonuses, incentives, and ESOP participation are subject to applicable company and plan terms.

What You’ll Do:

Direct Fairways helps local businesses advertise through golf-course scorecards, course guides, yardage cards and other materials used by golfers.

As an Inside Sales Representative, you will:

Make outbound calls to local business ownersPresent golf-course advertising opportunitiesBuild relationships with owners and decision-makersAnswer questions and confidently handle objectionsManage the sales process from first conversation through closeWork toward daily, monthly and team goalsParticipate in ongoing coaching and sales training

This is an active outbound sales role. You will spend much of your day speaking with prospective customers by phone. Success requires confidence, persistence, and the ability to approach every new call with positive energy.
