2027 PGM Internship

The Club at Pradera is seeking a motivated, enthusiastic, and career-driven PGM Intern to join our Golf Professional Staff for the 2027 golf season.

This internship is designed for an individual who has a strong interest in golf operations, tournament administration, and club management and is eager to gain hands-on experience at a busy private golf facility.

Our goal is to provide a well-rounded educational experience that goes beyond traditional golf shop responsibilities. The selected candidate will work closely with the Head Golf Professional and Assistant Golf Professionals, gaining valuable exposure to tournament planning and execution, junior golf programming, member services, golf shop operations, and the daily management of a private club.

We believe in providing our interns with meaningful responsibilities, opportunities to take ownership of projects, and mentorship that will help prepare them for future leadership positions within the golf industry.
