Assistant Superintendent: Golf Course Ops & Leadership

Marin Country Club in Novato, CA is seeking a full-time Assistant Superintendent to join our turf team and contribute to safe, high-quality golf course operations under our Director of Agronomy and Superintendent. You will help manage budgets, schedules, irrigation, chemical applications, and staff training while upholding club standards. Two to three years’ maintenance experience and a California QAC/license are preferred.
