Lakewood Ranch Golf & Country Club is seeking to expand our Food & Beverage team and is currently hiring experienced Beverage Cart Attendants to provide exceptional service to our members and guests on the course.
Position Summary
The Beverage Cart Attendant is responsible for selling, preparing, and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and food items in accordance with club standards. This position requires a strong commitment to member and guest satisfaction, maintaining a clean and organized beverage cart, and demonstrating a professional, team-oriented attitude at all times.
Essential Functions
Provide members and guests with the highest level of serviceGreet and acknowledge members and guests by name whenever possiblePrepare and serve beverages and food items according to club specificationsMaintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of the beverage cartComplete opening and closing side work dutiesCommunicate member feedback, complaints, or compliments to supervisorsAccurately perform cash handling and guest check proceduresAttend all required staff meetings and training sessionsArrive on time and in proper uniform for all scheduled shiftsPromote teamwork and maintain a positive work environmentAdhere to all club policies and procedures as outlined in the employee handbookSkills & Abilities
General knowledge of golf course operationsStrong math and cash-handling skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProfessional appearance and demeanorAbility to work effectively as part of a team to enhance the member experience
