About the position

GolfSuites Baton Rouge is seeking an energetic and dependable part-time Driving Range Assistant to help keep our outdoor bays safe, clean, and operating smoothly while delivering a great guest experience. This is a hands-on, active role ideal for team players who enjoy working outdoors in a fast-paced environment.

The Driving Range Assistant is responsible for supporting the daily operations of the driving range by maintaining a clean, safe, and fully operational environment. This role involves outdoor work, physical activity, guest interaction, and general maintenance to ensure an excellent experience for all guests.

Responsibilities

Set up, maintain, and break down driving range baysRetrieve, wash, and manage golf balls using range equipmentAssist with basic golf club repair and upkeepPerform janitorial duties, including cleaning range areas and common spacesAssist with venue maintenance tasks as directed by managementMaintain cleanliness, organization, and safety of all range areasMonitor range activity and ensure safety procedures are followedProvide friendly assistance to guests and answer basic questionsSupport other operational duties as assignedRequirements
