About the position Santa Rosa Golf & Beach Club, one of the emerald coasts’ premier private clubs, is seeking a full-time Golf Shop Manager to join our professional staff and assist in delivering an exceptional golf experience to our membership.\n\nThe Golf Shop Manager will play a key role in the daily retail and operational management of the golf shop, working closely with the Director of Golf and professional staff to ensure the shop operates efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of service and presentation.\n\nThis position is ideal for a motivated, organized, and service-oriented professional with a passion for golf, retail merchandising, and private club hospitality. Responsibilities Oversee the daily organization and maintenance of the golf shopAssist with merchandise ordering, receiving, and inventory managementTrack inventory levels and maintain accurate product recordsAssist in the merchandising and display of golf equipment and apparelProvide excellent service to members and guests through in-person and phone interactionsAnswer phones and assist with golf-related inquiriesDevelop a strong working knowledge of club programming, tournaments, and golf calendar eventsAssist the professional staff with daily golf operations as neededEnsure the golf shop is consistently presented at the highest professional standardRequirements Strong organizational and communication skillsRetail or golf shop experience preferredKnowledge of golf equipment and apparel is a plusProfessional demeanor and commitment to member serviceAbility to work in a fast-paced private club environmentAvailability to work weekends and holidays during the golf season
