White Oak Conservation in northeast Florida is seeking a hands-on Second Assistant Golf Course Superintendent to help plan, supervise, and execute all golf course maintenance activities.
Reporting to the Golf Course Superintendent, you will lead a small team, operate mowing and irrigation equipment, apply fertilizers and pesticides under regulations, and maintain records. This role requires early mornings, weekends, and a focus on safety and course presentation.
