1st Assistant Golf Professional

Rolling Road Golf Club is a family-oriented, private golf club located in Catonsville, MD just outside of Baltimore. The club is home to a classically styled Willie Park Jr. course that while not long, will test every aspect of your game. In the past 3 years, the club has completed a course renovation, club house renovation, and a golf shop update is nearing completion. Rolling Road services 18,500 rounds annually in a year-round golf operation that offers a wide variety of events and services to the membership. This position is being posted to replace our current 1st Assistant Professional, who is taking the next step in their career by progressing on to a Head Professional role. As a key member of the Professional Staff, you will play a vital role in delivering a first-class member experience while joining a team rooted in professionalism, teamwork, and fun. The 1st Assistant will be the point person for our tournament operations, directly manage our outside services team, and work closely with the Head Professional in merchandising and inventory control.
