We're looking for an Assistant Superintendent who wants to dig in and grow. This is a
hands-on role with real responsibility and honest mentoring. You'll work side-by-side with an
experienced leadership team that has helped countless turf professionals develop in our
within our industry. You'll touch every part of the operation - leadership, daily setup, plant
protectants & fertility programs, irrigation, and the care of both championship courses plus
our state-of-the-art practice areas and clubhouse grounds. If you’re someone who loves

QUALIFICATIONS
• Degree in Turfgrass Management or a related field of study, or prior assistant experience.
• At least two years of golf course experience with hands-on pesticide applications
• Ohio Pesticide Applicator License, or ability to obtain within 6 months
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn and lead by example
