INTRODUCTION TO ROLE: The Golf Cart Attendant must have excellent listening skills and an eagerness to provide exceptional service.

Work well under pressure and in high-stress situations. You will need to be alert and focused on tasks for prolonged periods. You possess excellent communication skills.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON:

Must maintain and service the carts before and in between guest usesInstruct guests on how to properly operate the golf cartsAssign golf carts to guestsInspect golf carts upon guest returnsClean and sanitize cartsReport damages to the office staffWHAT YOU BRING:

Must be 16 years of age or olderMust have a valid driver's license100% attendanceMust be able to sit, stand, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs.Must be able to communicate with staff and guests clearlyComfortable being near people of all ages and gendersWHAT IT TAKES (PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS): While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and listen. The employee must frequently lift or move items over fifty pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.

The hospitality environment is fast-paced, and you may sometimes be required to cover or assist with tasks/job functions outside of the job you were hired for. We need each of our team members to have an All-Hands-On-Deck mindset. This means you may be tasked with other functions and are expected to complete those tasks with the same enthusiasm and dedication as you would with your usual job duties.
