Golf Course Maintenance Worker

Overview Join The Getaway Golf Club maintence crew to help us maintain the course and make it playable for golfers. Responsibilities Landscape maintenance including mowing, edging, trimming, and planting Operate groundskeeping equipment such as mowers, chainsaws and power tools safely and efficiently. Maintain irrigation systems Assist with heavy lifting tasks involving soil, sod, mulch, or other landscaping materials Inspect and maintain irrigation systems and other equipment to ensure optimal operation; perform basic repairs as needed. Experience Prior experience in golf course groundskeeping or athletic field maintenance is perferable. Familiarity with landscape maintenance practices including lawn care and gardening Knowledge of irrigation systems preferable Ability to operate a variety of groundskeeping equipment including power tools, mowers and heavy machinery Work outside all day and help maintain the golf course! Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 25.0 – 40.0 per week Benefits: Flexible schedule Work Location: In person
