About the Role
The Concord Country Club is seeking an Equipment Manager to lead the preventive maintenance and repair of a diverse fleet of turf equipment. You will oversee one Equipment Technician and coordinate with the Superintendent and Assistants to keep gear in championship condition for our 18-hole course.
Responsibilities include managing parts inventories, record-keeping, and safety compliance, while helping develop a 5–7 year replacement forecast and annual capital budget requests.
