Overview
The Head Golf Professional i sresponsible for ensuring the standard of quality golf services and experiences to Club Members and Resort Guests. He/She is also responsible for overseeing daily golf operations and supervision of the Golf Staff, including Pro Shop, Outside Services, and Starter/Marshal Staff.
Experience Required
High School diploma or equivalent required At least 3 years of progressive experience at a golf facility or related field preferred PGA Membership required Previous supervisory experience required Must have valid driver's license for the applicable state
Essential Responsibilities
Ensure elevated Membership and Resort Guest golf experiences commensurate with CVR Standards Responsible for day to day Golf Operations Supervise, Train, and Lead Pro Shop Staff, Outside Service Operations, and Starter/Marshal Teams Plan and Operate Club Member events, Resort Groups, and other golf tournaments with elevated tournament services Manage Inventory and Buying for Retail Shop within operating budget of Buy Plan Grow, Elevate, and Facilitate professional lessons and player development programs for Members Schedule and Manage staffing levels in accordance with CVR Standards within payroll budget guidelines Increase Member and Resort Guest engagement and participation Facilitate Corporate programming and teambuilding with Resort Staff
