Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Washington, PA, for the Golf Course Grounds Crew. The primary responsibilities include maintaining the golf course's appearance and functionality. Day-to-day tasks involve mowing, trimming, and edging the grass; planting and maintaining shrubs, flowers, and trees; ensuring the irrigation system operates efficiently, and maintaining the golf course equipment.
The team member will also assist with fertilizing and pest control, as well as ensuring the course is ready for tournaments and daily play.
Qualifications
Communication and Customer Service skills
Experience with Golf and Golf Equipment
Knowledge of Irrigation systems and landscaping
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
Team-oriented with a strong work ethic
Previous experience in golf course maintenance is a plus but not a requirement
High school diploma or equivalent is preferred
