Assistant Golf Professional Reports to: Head Golf Professional Supervises: Assists in managing Outside Service Staff, Golf Shop Staff Position Type: Seasonal (flexible) Education and/or Experience • Class A, PGA / LPGA Member with 2+ Years of Experience • Experience at a private club is preferred. Job Knowledge, Core Competencies and Expectations • Attention to detail, multi-tasking, daily sales reports, and reconciliations • Working knowledge of Golf Genius Tournament Software • Computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, Publisher, and Club Essential (is a plus) • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal • Providing exceptional service to members/guests will contribute to a successful position Position Overview: Woods Hole Golf Club seeks an experienced and energetic Assistant Golf Professional for the 2026 season. The season will begin in mid-March and conclude in mid-December. The successful candidate will assist the Head Golf Professional in all aspects of the daily golf operation and will be interested in obtaining their own Head Golf Professional position in the future. Both PGA and LPGA (Preferred) candidates are encouraged to apply. This position will involve a mix of tournament operations, teaching and golf shop operations.
