Job Title: Golf Course Grounds Equipment Operator (Seasonal, Full-time or Part-time) Location: Sunset Hills Country Club, Edwardsville, IL Department: Grounds Maintenance Reports To: Golf Course Superintendent Job Summary: The Golf Course Grounds Equipment Operator is responsible for the day-to-day maintenance of the golf course grounds, ensuring they are kept in excellent condition for both member play and special events. This position involves a variety of outdoor tasks, including mowing rough, fairways, tees, and other general maintenance duties to enhance the appearance and playability of the course. Key Responsibilities Mow greens, tees, fairways, roughs, and other turf areas Operate tractors, rough mowers, tee mowers, riding greens mowers Follow all safety protocols while operating equipment and performing tasks. Qualifications Strong attention to detail and work ethic. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical labor. Schedule Seasonal, Full-time or Part-time position, Hours M-F 6am-3pm Wage: $16 - $18 per hour, depending on experience.
