Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Golf Course Superintendent located in the Bradenton Area. The Golf Course Superintendent will oversee all aspects of golf course maintenance and management, including turf care, irrigation systems, landscape maintenance, and pesticide application. Responsibilities will include planning and executing maintenance schedules, supervising staff, ensuring compliance with environmental regulations, and maintaining the quality and appearance of the golf course. The role requires a focus on delivering an outstanding experience for all golfers. Qualifications Expertise in Turf Management and Golf Course ManagementHands-on experience with Irrigation systems and practicesProficiency in Landscape Maintenance and overall grounds upkeepKnowledge of Pesticide application and pesticide safety practicesStrong leadership and team management skillsExcellent problem-solving and organizational abilitiesAbility to work effectively in an on-site and physically demanding roleRelevant certifications, such as a pesticide applicator license, are highly desirablePrevious experience in golf course or grounds management is preferred
