The Inverness Club Golf Shop is seeking outgoing, professional, and service-oriented individuals to assist us on our Golf Services Team.
Inverness is an internationally ranked Top 100 Club, with a storied history, well-regarded membership, and a world-class golf course. Attention to detail and a friendly, professional attitude are musts. Golf knowledge is a plus but not a requirement, and complete training is provided on-site.
Ensure all merchandise is priced and presentable on a daily basis.
Proper displaying of merchandise while maintaining stock levels.
Follow daily, weekly and monthly procedures.
Spread hospitality, goodwill among all members and their guests.
Assist in ensuring the golf shop is neat and clean on a daily basis.
Assist in maintaining the storeroom in a clean, neat and presentable manner.
Ensure that the golf shop is fully stocked and that all merchandise is on the sales floor
Become familiar with the Jonas Software System and its tee reservations module
Maintains a balance between the overall objectives of the golf operation and its needs on a day to day basis.
Takes initiative to make suggestions and decisions to improve the overall service of the golf operation.
Goes beyond expectations to help a fellow employee.
