Director of Golf Performance and Player Development Job Overview We are seeking a high level, technology savvy Director of Golf Performance and Player Development to serve as a founding leader within our flagship indoor golf performance facility in Delray Beach. This is not a traditional pro shop role. This is a performance driven leadership position responsible for instruction, TPI based body assessments, club fitting, equipment sales, and member engagement. As a founding member of our leadership team, you will help shape the culture, standards, and growth trajectory of a next generation golf performance brand. The ideal candidate understands the complete player journey from physical screening to swing development to equipment optimization and thrives in a data driven environment built around measurable improvement. Duties • Lead and manage all golf performance operations including simulator programming, lessons, leagues, and player development pathways • Conduct TPI based physical assessments and design individualized performance plans connecting body and swing • Deliver elite instruction using TrackMan, video analysis, and performance data • Provide instruction on demand within a premium membership environment • Lead club fitting experiences and drive equipment and club sales • Serve as primary member liaison to build relationships, retention, and engagement • Oversee junior development, competitive player pathways, and adult performance programs • Organize leagues, tournaments, clinics, and corporate golf events • Supervise assistant professionals and instructional staff • Maintain performance technology, fitting equipment, and facility standards Experience • PGA Professional preferred • TPI Certification required or willingness to obtain immediately • Proven experience in high level golf instruction and player development • Strong understanding of biomechanics and physical screening • Technology proficient with TrackMan or similar launch monitor systems • Experience in club fitting and equipment sales required • Demonstrated ability to drive lesson revenue and programming growth • Strong interpersonal skills with a member first mindset • Entrepreneurial attitude with leadership capability Compensation and Growth Opportunity This position offers a competitive base salary plus revenue participation incentives tied to lessons, club fitting, equipment sales, and performance programming growth. High performers will have significant upside through commission and bonus structures.
