The DuPont Country Club is currently looking for a full-time Club Operations Team Lead to join our team and focus on providing the highest quality of service for our Housekeeping Department. This individual will be responsible for overseeing the activities of the Housekeeping department. This position is expected to exceed customer expectations of the cleanliness of the club properties and to work closely with other departments to ensure all rooms are set and kept clean up to standards.
The successful candidate will have/be:
1-3 years of cleaning experience requiredStrong organizational and time management skillsAbility to work independentlyAbility to work weekends and eveningsValid driver’s license for operation of club vehicles
