Our team members are the soul of our company, and they embody our company values: Integrity – Empowerment – Relationships – Performance – Innovation – Balanced Life Summary Workers will perform a combination of the following duties to maintain grounds/turf of golf course in playing condition: grade new turf area; apply fertilizer; mow rough and fairway areas; cut turf; assist with sprinkler head system, lay sod, dig and rake ground; grade and clean traps; plant and trim trees and shrubs; use hand tools and equipment (mowers, trimmers, weed-eaters, backpack blowers, golf maintenance carts, rakes and shovels). Responsibilities Smile and greet guests when nearby. Provide service quickly and efficiently. Offer help and options as needed. Qualifications Requirements Must be able to lift and carry 50lbs frequently No education required; 1 month of golf course or landscape maintenanceexperience preferred. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors in variable weather conditions. Must be able to perform repetitive physical tasks such as bending, lifting, andstanding for extended periods. Work Schedule: Full-time: 40 hours per week, including weekends and holidays, starting March 1, 2026. Part-time: Opportunities available starting April 1, 2026.
