Regional Golf Course Superintendent

Overview As a Regional Superintendent, you will oversee and coordinate the operations and management of multiple facilities within a designated region. You will implement and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures across all locations under your supervision. You will collaborate with department heads to develop strategies that enhance operational efficiencies, maintain quality standards, and achieve performance goals. Your role includes conducting regular site visits to evaluate facility conditions, provide feedback to on-site managers, and identify areas for improvement. You will also be involved in recruiting and training new facility managers, as well as fostering a positive work environment within the region. Responsibilities Oversee and coordinate operations and management of multiple facilities within a region Implement and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures across all locations Collaborate with department heads to develop strategies to enhance operational efficiencies Maintain quality standards and achieve performance goals Conduct regular site visits to evaluate facility conditions and provide feedback to on-site managers Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions Recruit and train new facility managers Foster a positive work environment within the region Qualifications Strong leadership and communication skills Proven track record of successfully managing multiple sites or facilities Deep understanding of operational processes and budget management Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred) At least 5 years of experience in a similar management position
