We foster a member focused environment where teamwork, excellence, and a commitment to service define The Medallion Club experience.\n\nThe Maintenance Supervisor supports the daily operation, maintenance, and appearance of The Medallion Club's facilities and grounds. Working closely with the Maintenance Manager, this role helps ensure all club buildings, equipment, and property are maintained to the high standards our members expect. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader with strong technical knowledge, excellent organizational skills, and a commitment to safety, teamwork, and exceptional member service.
Responsibilities
Assist in overseeing the daily maintenance and repair of clubhouse facilities, grounds, mechanical systems, and club equipment.Perform preventative maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, irrigation, and other building systems.Respond promptly to maintenance requests and operational needs to minimize disruptions to members and club operations.Coordinate and prioritize work orders while maintaining accurate maintenance records and documentation.Inspect facilities regularly to identify repair needs and opportunities for improvement.Ensure all maintenance activities are performed in compliance with safety regulations and company policies.Assist in managing inventory, supplies, tools, and equipment necessary for daily operations.Support the planning and execution of facility improvement projects and seasonal maintenance initiatives.Work collaboratively with all departments to maintain a welcoming, safe, and well-maintained member focused environment.Demonstrate a commitment to service by ensuring all maintenance work contributes to The Medallion Club experience and upholding club standards.Requirements
Previous experience in facility maintenance, building operations, or property maintenance requiredStrong working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general building maintenance.Ability to troubleshoot maintenance issues and implement effective solutions.Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.Ability to prioritize multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail.Proficiency with common maintenance tools and equipment.Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and on-call shifts as needed.Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record preferred.Nice-to-haves
