Position Description
Assists with daily golf facility operations by providing leadership, customer service, and operational support for clubhouse and course activities. Serves as Manager on Duty in the absence of the Golf Course Manager and helps oversee staffing, cash control, tee sheet operations, tournaments, and guest experiences. Ensures a safe, welcoming, and efficient environment for patrons and staff.

Operational Excellence
Leadership Responsibilities
Serves as Manager on Duty (MOD) in the absence of the Golf Course Manager, providing on-site operational leadership and day-to-day supervision of cashiers, starters, rangers, and other assigned staff.
Assists with creating and maintaining accurate staffing schedules to ensure appropriate coverage for daily operations, tournaments, leagues, outings, and special events.
Assists with oversight of merchandise inventory, including stocking, displays, ordering recommendations, and inventory tracking to maintain appropriate product levels.
Oversees cash handling procedures in the absence of the Golf Course Manager, including cash tills, deposit documentation, variance reporting, and change order requests while ensuring compliance with District cash control procedures.
Reviews end-of-day cash journals and communicates discrepancies or operational concerns to management.
