Retirement Plan JOB SUMMARY The Assistant Golf Course Manager (Head Professional) assists the Golf Course Manager with all golf shop activities and outside services operations. This position is responsible for ensuring patrons receive outstanding customer service, which meets or exceeds their expectations.

The Head Professional is instrumental in organizing and implementing golf events (tournaments, outings, and leagues), teaching individuals, clinics, and juniors; along with other programs designed to improve the club's product and services as well as its competitive position in the marketplace.
