About the Role
Columbia Gymnastics is looking for a positive, energetic, and safety-focused Gymnastics Instructor to lead small-group classes for athletes ranging from preschool through high school. This role supports both our recreational/club program and our
competitive/traveling
teams. The ideal candidate loves working with kids, creates an encouraging learning environment, and helps every athlete develop skills with confidence and joy.
Teach structured gymnastics classes for ages 318 at varying skill levels (preschool, beginner, intermediate, advanced, and competitive team).
Demonstrate proper technique for vault, bars, beam, floor, and
strength/flexibility
work.
Ensure athlete safety through consistent spotting, equipment checks, and clear instruction.
Provide positive coaching that builds confidence, character, and discipline.
Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming gym environment.
Experience working with children of multiple age groups.
