The Position: Start Date: November 1, 2026 (Flexible) End Date: April 30, 2027 (Flexible) The Assistant Golf Professional role at The Mirabel Club is focused on delivering exceptional hospitality to our Members & Guests. Qualified candidates should expect to be in this position for two (2) to four (4) years (working at a ‘snowbird’ or northern climate club in summer) and possess a strong desire to become a Head Professional or Director of Golf. Candidates must be highly motivated, hard-working, and team players. They must also be service-oriented, possess exceptional communication skills and attention to detail, have energy and self-confidence, and display a genuine caring attitude towards people. The ideal candidate should have experience coordinating with a team of like-minded individuals in delivering exceptional service and a proven track record of seeking continuous improvement opportunities, both personally and professionally. This position will offer a comprehensive understanding of a successful golf operation, emphasizing service, fiscal responsibility, and team culture. High-end private club experience is required.
