Grounds and Make Ready Technician

We are seeking a full-time Grounds and Make Ready Technician for our apartment communities located in North Little Rock and Sherwood. The position offers a Monday through Friday schedule from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

Perform light landscaping and groundskeeping Remove trash and maintain the cleanliness of the property Complete repairs as needed Clean out and prep units to ensure they are move-in ready Deliver excellent customer service when interacting with residents

Requirements:

Maintenance experience and strong attention to detail Must provide your own tools Reside within 30 minutes of the property Willingness to travel between properties Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening

Job Type: Full-time Pay: $720.00 per week Benefits
