Position Duties
Maintain excellent FB service standards as outlined by BBCC.Perform opening and closing and daily duties as assigned by MLR Supervisor.Greet all members in a welcoming and friendly manner.Provide immediate attention to all members/guests upon seating.Take food and drink orders.Assemble food on trays; procures items from each station as necessary.Maintain proper knowledge of products.Communicate with MLR supervisor of any issues with quality or presentation.Notify Supervisor of Member / Guest issues at the time they occur.Maintain, the highest standards of personal hygiene and dress code.Be flexible and Work weekends & Holidays.Report directly to MLR supervisor.
Job Knowledge, Skills And Abilities
Excellent customer service skills with an enthusiastic and friendly personality.Mix and prepare cocktails.Prior club experience preferred.Able to work both weekdays, weekends & Holidays - shifts run from early/late morning to late afternoon/early evening depending on schedule needs.Basic computer skills required.Ability to work independently and with a team.TABC License.Food Handlers certification.Good oral communication skills.
