Server/ Bartender

Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Server/ Bartender to join our dynamic team at Castle Oaks Golf Club in Ione, Ca. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. As a Server/ Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting cocktails, serving beverages, taking, inputting serving food orders, and ensuring that guests have an enjoyable experience. Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and ensuring satisfaction. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including proper food handling and safety practices. Operate Club Caddie POS with training. Manage time effectively during busy shifts to ensure timely service. Assist with inventory management, including ordering supplies and monitoring stock levels. Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service during events or catering functions. Adhere to all local and state regulations regarding alcohol service and food safety. Qualifications Previous bartending experience in a restaurant, nightclub, or catering environment is preferred. Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests. Excellent time management skills to handle high-volume service periods efficiently. Basic math skills for cash handling and sales transactions. Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques. Current CA food handlers certificate. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as required by the business needs. A passion for the food industry with an understanding of brewing techniques is advantageous.
