Now Hiring: Bartender Location: North Shore Golf Course Bar We are seeking a skilled and experienced Bartender to join our team. This role focuses on providing excellent customer service, supporting golf events, and creating a positive and enjoyable experience for our patrons. The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality, knowledgeable in bartending and mixology, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with patrons, addressing concerns, and ensuring a positive experience Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and food safety regulations Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area Accurately handle cash transactions and operate a cash register/POS system Monitor inventory levels to prevent shortages or overstocking Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food and beverage orders Assist with golf events and special functions as needed Qualifications Previous experience as a Bartender or similar role in the food and beverage industry Strong knowledge of bartending techniques, drink recipes, and mixology Excellent customer service and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with patrons Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures Ability to obtain ServSafe certification How to Apply If you are an experienced Bartender looking for an exciting opportunity in a dynamic environment, we'd love to hear from you.
