Golf Course Maintenance Team Member Long Marsh Golf Club – Rotonda West, FL Join the team at Rotonda Golf & Country Club, home to 99 holes across five beautifully maintained golf courses in scenic Southwest Florida. We're currently seeking full-time team members to help maintain and enhance the natural beauty of our championship-level grounds. No experience? No problem. We're happy to train motivated, dependable individuals who are eager to learn and grow in the turfgrass and landscaping industry. Position Title: Golf Course Maintenance Team Member Reports To: Golf Course Superintendent Location: On-site, Rotonda West, FL What You’ll Do: • Help maintain top-quality playing conditions on tees, fairways, roughs, and bunkers • Operate small machinery and landscaping tools (training provided) • Perform hand labor including raking, trimming, planting, and cleanup • Fertilize turf areas using walk spreaders • Mow grass areas using riding and walk-behind equipment • Maintain clubhouse landscaping and entryway presentation • Enjoy working outdoors in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment Schedule: • Full-time, year-round work • 8-hour daytime shifts • Must be available some weekends and holidays What We’re Looking For: • A strong work ethic and positive attitude • Willingness to learn and work outdoors in various weather conditions • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks • Previous maintenance or landscaping experience is a plus, but not required • Valid driver's license preferred Join a team that takes pride in providing one of the best golf experiences in Florida.
